Hilja Wrist Warmer Kit
A beautiful pair of wrist warmers designed by Aleks Byrd using The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering. This kit includes all the yarn you'll need, the pattern and a project bag featuring one of Aleks' illustrations.
This project can be made by an advanced beginner; comfortable with knitting with two colours in the round and the pattern includes video tutorial links.
Aleks named these wrist warmers after her grandmother who was a masterful knitter. A discovery of a little booklet with motifs she had created and copied from traditional patterns back in 1930s Estonia inspired these embroidered looking wrist warmers.
