Karie will guide you throw your design process – whether you want to design a scarf or a shawl – and give you hands-on advice regarding designing repeats and motifs that really work.

In the afternoon you'll learn how to design and calculate your own shawls! Together you will look at how shawls are constructed, learn how to insert stitch patterns into shawls and figure out how to think outside the box.
