This beautiful shawl was designed by Susanne Sommer for us to showcase at Woollinn 2019 and it's a sample we keeping coming back to over and over.
The large triangular shawl is knit top-down in one- and two-color brioche and garter stitch short rows. The contrasting stripes have tiny and larger bobbles and the border features a spiky brioche edge.
The large one-color brioche section is constructed with increases only at the edges, so no increase line disrupts the flow of brioche in the center. The entire shawl is surrounded by an i-cord for a neat and finished look and extra color pop.
