The Country House Cowl was designed by Amanda Jones for our 2021 Country House retreats in Cumbria.
PATTERN NOTES
Knitted using The Fibre Co.’s soft Cirro, a blend of Suri alpaca, organic cotton and Merino wool, and Cumbria Fingering to create a stitch that looks more complicated than it is.
This cowl is knitted in the round using a combination of stocking stitch, a slipped stitch pattern and garter stitch, finished off with an i-cord edging.
This cowl is worked in the round from the top edge down in a two-colour, slipped stitch pattern. All stitches are slipped purlwise.
