These are the final Hide & Hammer bags.

Following the tragic loss of founder and maker Nu in December 2025, friends and family came together to complete the remaining pieces in her workshop. Rivets were set, straps attached, and finishing touches added with care, love, and respect for her work.

Each bag is unique. Some may show small imperfections, but every one carries the spirit of the maker who designed it and the people who finished it in her honour.

Released on Nu's birthday, all proceeds from these bags will go directly to her husband, Tom.

Hide & Hammer's linen tie-top bags are perfect for almost everything! Use them to organise your projects in your crafts area or tie them up at the top, sling it over your arm and use it to knit on-the-go.

The finishing details on these bags are impeccable, each bag has fully encased seams and a French-seamed base. They are handmade in the UK from the finest European laundered linen. The small brass shiny press stud on each of the top points is a small detail that adds to the versatility to the bag.

Size - From bottom to tip - 48cm (19") Gusseted base -10cm (4") x 43cm (17")

Care Instructions: machine wash at 30 degrees. Once washed, shake the cloth out and dry flat. Remember that linen will always seize up after washing, but as soon as you wear it the fibres will start to relax. For a crisp finish, iron on a medium-hot settign with steam.
