Gwlad is a celebration of British wool, and the very first worsted spun yarn ever to be made in Wales, right in Garthenor's mill in Cardigan on the West coast. Spun from three breeds: Lleyn, Romney and Hebridean, a trio of breeds with origins in Wales, England and Scotland respectively, and sourced from all around the UK.
Worsted spun into a 3-ply worsted weight, entirely undyed, totally organic and utterly fantastic. The achievement of a lifetime to create, this is yarn with a story.
95 metres (104 yards) per 50g skein.
